Base pay range $72,050.00/yr – $108,000.00/yr Position Summary What you\’ll do: Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates). Implement the business plan for your area by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals (e.g., production, quality, safety). Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports. Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, monitoring compliance, and supporting documentation. Identify concerns from associates, customers, or suppliers, and determine corrective actions or make recommendations for resolution. Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and supporting training and development. Respect the individual by building high-performing teams, embracing diversity, creating a workplace of belonging, and providing opportunities for all associates. Minimum Qualifications Associate\’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field with 1 year supervisory experience, or Bachelor\’s Degree in these fields, or equivalent Walmart logistics management or supervisory experience as detailed above. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Office, supervising associates, and Walmart logistics management. Education in Business or Logistics is preferred.
