Compensation

Hourly Wage: $14 – $27 per hour (actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location).

Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives; premiums from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Job Overview

Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.
