Compensation

Base pay range: $21.00/hr – $34.00/hr

Hourly Wage: $21 – $34 per hour

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Apparel associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer\\\’s wants and needs. After moving incoming merchandise out to the sales floor, they ensure clothing racks, tables and displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
