What you’ll do:
- Design and drive structured onboarding and incubation programs, remove operational blockers, and create scalable processes that deliver a smooth and high-impact launch experience for DACH sellers.

You’ll make an impact by:
- Driving Seller Launch & Incubation: Design, implement, and continuously improve a repeatable launch playbook for DACH sellers. Manage the activation funnel, resolve friction points, and accelerate sales cycle. Provide hands-on support for catalogue setup, pricing, logistics and compliance to ensure a smooth onboarding.
- Enabling Operational Excellence: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business Development, Marketing, Category, Product, Ops, Compliance) to streamline workflows and remove blockers. Partner with London and U.S. teams to localise onboarding materials and tools. Build scalable processes, dashboards and self-service resources to boost efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Leveraging Data & Insights: Own and report on key KPIs – launch rate, sales cycle and early GMV. Deliver insights and recommendations to guide strategy and optimise funnel conversion and seller satisfaction.
- Championing Seller Success: Act as the primary launch partner and operational consultant for new sellers. Deliver training, best practices and scalable support to drive performance. Advocate for DACH sellers and champion platform and process improvements.

- 3-5 years’ experience in eCommerce operations, marketplace onboarding or account management.
- Proven experience managing cross-border sellers or vendors in the DACH region.
