As a Technical Consultant within the Client Operations Team, you’ll play a key role in delivering intelligent document automation solutions. This role sits at the intersection of technology, finance, and operations, offering a unique opportunity to apply both coding and business analysis skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement document automation templates to support trading, reporting, and regulatory processes for global financial clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and senior stakeholders at Tier 1 investment banks to gather requirements, scope projects, and translate complex business needs into scalable automation logic.
  • Work hands-on with JavaScript and/or Python to build and enhance templates for different clients.
  • Analyze existing manual workflows to identify areas for process improvement, optimization, and automation.
  • Participate in complex automation projects, working alongside senior developers and project leads.
  • Maintain high-quality standards by adhering to JIRA workflows, SLAs, and internal development processes.
  • Communicate with clients under the guidance of a senior developer or team lead.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance across all deliverables.
