Wallscourt Farm Academy is seeking a Lunchtime Playworker to support children during the lunch break with positive play, interaction and supervision in a safe and enjoyable environment.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children, demonstrating empathy and strong communication, with First Aid training or willingness to undertake it, and the ability to stay calm under pressure during busy lunchtimes.
