Responsibilities
We are reaching out from our London-based renewables company, where we’re busy rolling out Solar PV projects across the UK. We’re looking for teams that can handle both roofing and electrical work. With projects lined up in Cardiff, Farnborough, Dartford and Birmingham, there’s plenty of exciting work on offer. Please note, our payment terms are 14 days and we hold strict standards in health & safety and compliance. If you\’re interested in exploring this opportunity further, please get in touch. We can offer 20 x domestic installs per week.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
- Solar PV Installation: Install and maintain Solar PV systems, ensuring both roofing and electrical components are executed to the highest standards.
- Roof Work: Safely and efficiently carry out roof-related tasks including fitting hooks and rails, maintenance to support Solar PV installations.
- Electrical Work: Perform electrical installations, connections, and troubleshooting, complying with industry regulations and standards.
- Quality & Safety: Adhere strictly to health & safety and compliance standards on all projects.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and team members to ensure timely and successful project completions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as either a roofer and or electrician.
- Relevant qualifications, including valid licenses (18th Edition for electrical work is essential).
- Demonstrated knowledge of Solar PV installation practices is highly desirable.
- Strong commitment to quality, safety, and compliance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Ideally should be certified ie working at heights, asbestos awareness, to name a few
