Salary: Grade 4, Point 4 to 5, £13.05 to £13.26 per hour

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Teaching Assistant to join our highly committed and experienced SEND team. Join us during a growing period as we develop our provision for a range of different learners. Career progression may be available where appropriate as the department continues to grow.
Responsibilities- Assist teachers in classroom management and teaching activities.
- Work with young people in a supportive, engaging environment.
- Collaborate with the SEND team and other staff to support learners' progress.
- Demonstrate dedication, flexibility and teamwork.
Previous experience in a similar role is useful, but the most important qualities are dedication, flexibility and the ability to work as part of a team. This post would also be ideal for someone considering a move into teaching or applying for a PGCE in the future.
