We are seeking an experienced People & Development Manager to support the development of people capability across the business, with a strong focus on onboarding, early career development, and consistent HR practices. The role works closely with the business leaders and the Academy to ensure employees are recruited, welcomed, trained and supported in a structured and practical way. A key part of the role will be strengthening support for England based teams and helping embed consistent people processes as the business grows. This role can be based from either our Glasgow or Warrington offices.
