I am recruiting on behalf of an innovative organisation based in Dungannon for a Warehouse Manager to drive efficiency and build a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment. Working hours are Mon-Thur 8-5 and Fri 8-2.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations ensuring efficiency and organisation
- Lead, motivate, and support staff in line with company standards
- Maintain a safe, clean, and structured working environment
- Manage stock accuracy, cycle counts, and ERP systems (Intact)
- Plan capacity and improve picking/packing processes
- Identify and implement continuous improvements
- Deliver warehouse projects from planning to completion
