The predicted salary is between 41000 - 45000 Β£ per year.

You will lead manufacturing operations, drive continuous improvement, and develop a high-performing production team. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for increasing productivity, improving quality, reducing costs, and supporting future growth through investment in automation and new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the production team to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Implement automated production techniques and oversee new equipment installations.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and promote a strong safety culture.
  • Maintain high quality standards and adherence to quality systems.
  • Monitor and report on production performance, costs, and KPIs.

Essential Criteria:

  • Proven Production Management experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Experience driving productivity improvements and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety and quality management systems.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience with automation, robotics, or advanced manufacturing technologies.
  • Engineering or manufacturing qualification.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement training.
