Health & Safety Coordinator HYBRID working| Newry | Construction Related Industry The role Our client, an organisation in the construction industry, is looking for a Health & Safety Coordinator to join their team in Newry. You will keep the business compliant, organised and ready for audit. Key responsibilities Ensure general H&S compliance across the business Prepare for internal and external audits and keep audit-ready records Manage H&S paperwork, including risk assessments, method statements, training records and incident reports Keep policies, procedures and documentation up to date Track actions and corrective measures through to completion Support colleagues and site teams on H&S requirements About you Experience in a health and safety or compliance role Working knowledge of H&S legislation and audit processes Strong organisation and attention to detail Good communication skills Ideally a recognised H&S qualification (e.g. NEBOSH or IOSH) is desirable (adjust to client's requirements) What's on offer Monday to Friday Hybrid working, with some days from home Parking Pension Development opportunities Skills: HSE, NEBOSH, IOSH, Health and safety Compliance, ADZN1_NI41bf1e1f-b16b-4260-a40a-17c77a06fd15
