An exciting opportunity for a National Account Manager to drive GB growth for a leading food manufacturer. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will lead new business development while strengthening key retail, convenience, and foodservice accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a strategic sales plan to grow the GB market.
  • Win new national retail and foodservice accounts.
  • Manage and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and support cross-functional teams.
  • Track market insights and report performance to senior leadership.

Criteria:

  • Experience in national account management or business development within FMCG (food preferred).
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable travelling across GB.
  • Desirable: Experience with major UK retailers/foodservice, chilled food expertise, or European account management.
