The Role
My client is seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across all RIBA stages on diverse projects, contributing to the built environment in meaningful ways.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects independently while being supported by senior leadership.
- Collaborate within a team to deliver high-quality design solutions.
- Engage directly with clients and consultants.
- Produce high-quality presentation and construction drawings.
- Participate in Contract Administration and Site Management (NEC4 or JCT desirable).
Requirements
- Fully qualified Architect with a minimum of 1 year's post-Part III experience.
- Strong design and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in construction detailing and technical drawing.
- Experience with NEC4 or JCT contracts is advantageous.
