An established food manufacturing group is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer to support maintenance activity and lead electrical improvement projects across its sites in Cavan and Fermanagh. This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll guide local maintenance teams, deliver upgrades, and keep production running smoothly. Ideal for someone who likes variety, autonomy, and getting stuck into both project and reactive work.
Duties:
- Support day-to-day maintenance requirements across multiple sites.
- Lead electrical repair work, improvement projects, and site upgrades.
- Provide technical guidance to on-site maintenance teams.
- Build and modify electrical control panels (including basic programming).
- Liaise with external contractors on more complex controls and automation work.
- Maintain accurate documentation for electrical drawings and software.
