We are recruiting a Senior Supervisor to join a leading food manufacturing site in Craigavon. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing production operations, people management, and performance on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production to ensure targets for quality, output, and safety are met
- Lead and support teams to deliver efficient, compliant operations
- Step up to cover the Department Manager when required
- Manage staffing, performance, training, and day-to-day people issues
- Ensure accurate system reporting and production data (ERP)
- Drive performance improvements (efficiency, waste, yield, output)
- Maintain high standards of health & safety, food safety, and hygiene
- Support planning, scheduling, and logistics (including haulage)
What we're looking for:
- Previous supervisory experience in food manufacturing or similar
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
