What we\\u2019re looking for

• A current NMBI registration
• Experience in a senior nursing role or ready to step up
• A warm, supportive leadership style with excellent communication skills
• A solid understanding of HIQA standards and clinical best practices
• A genuine passion for creating a positive, person-centred care environment
