We are recruiting a Senior Supervisor to join a leading food manufacturing site in Craigavon. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing production operations, people management, and performance on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily production to ensure targets for quality, output, and safety are met
  • Lead and support teams to deliver efficient, compliant operations
  • Step up to cover the Department Manager when required
  • Manage staffing, performance, training, and day-to-day people issues
  • Ensure accurate system reporting and production data (ERP)
  • Drive performance improvements (efficiency, waste, yield, output)
  • Maintain high standards of health & safety, food safety, and hygiene
  • Support planning, scheduling, and logistics (including haulage)
