JOB DESCRIPTION: Office Manager, PA
After undergoing a strategic business review we are now looking to strengthen their back office team with a proven Office Manager / PA.
The role has been created due to current company growth and projected growth plans.
This Office Manager position requires a dynamic professional who can handle a wide range of tasks to support the efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will be detail-orientated, possess excellent communications skills, have a strong ability to multi task and be able to touch type / take dictation. The role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of the business by providing exceptional support to the leadership team and managing office operations
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Office Manager / PA
As our Office Manager, you will :
· Oversee the day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment
· Manage office supplies, inventory and equipment, ensuring that necessary items are always available.
· Manage planned office refurbishments, liaising with tradespeople and contractors
· Support the Executive Assistant, assisting with CEO and executive team tasks, including diary / calendar management, meeting scheduling and correspondence, travel and accommodation booking / administration
· Prepare and organise materials for meetings and travel to ensure Executives are well-prepared.
· Conduct research, compile data and prepare reports as required
· Handle personal tasks / errands for the CEO
· Cover for Executive Assistant when on leave – supporting CEO, email administration and dictation
· Maintain office appearance and orderliness, coordinating with cleaning and maintenance staff as needed
· Work with the Operations team to implement new franchise partners and / or arrange and host potential partner visits.
· Assist with annual conference and event logistics, ensure smooth execution
PERSON SPECIFICATION: Office Manager / PA
· Ideally, you will have Office Management and business administration experience
· Proven track record as a Personal Assistant and / or Office Manager, demonstrating strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management software
· Strong interpersonal abilities and great communication skills at all levels
· High level of professionalism and confidentiality
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
· Must have your own car and a full UK drivers licence
