We are looking for a Traffic Marshall for long term works on a housing development site in Hemel Hempstead.
Hourly Rate: £19 per hour – CIS
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Commencing Date: Monday 19th January 2026
Length of Contract: Ongoing works, could be up to 12 months.
Hours of Work: 7:30am – 4:30pm, Book 9 hours per day
Job Description: As the Traffic Marshall, you will be required to bank all vehicles on and off site. You will also need to jet wash the wheels of every vehicle to keep the surrounding roads clear of mud. You must have experience in doing this.
Requirements:
- Traffic Marshall – CPCS NPORS
- PPE – Oranges
- Previously used a jet wash
Person Specification:
- Reliable – able to work the 45 hours per week, every week
- Can communicate clearly with those already on site, and those visiting site
Additional Information: You will be paid via our payroll partner Marvel Payroll, and one of their Account Managers will contact you before you start work. All workers will be paid by CIS.
