JOB DESCRIPTION:
We’re looking for an Electrical Engineer who enjoys the challenge of fault finding, takes pride in solving problems, and genuinely wants to help customers get back up and running.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Diagnosing and repairing electrical breakdowns on industrial machinery
- Carrying out planned maintenance and servicing
- Reading and interpreting electrical drawings
- Fault finding on PLC-controlled systems
- Working independently at customer sites
- Delivering excellent customer service and representing professionally
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
- Strong electrical fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
- Ability to read and work from electrical drawings
- Working knowledge of PLCs
- Understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics and mechanical systems
- City & Guilds or equivalent trade qualifications in Electrical, Mechanical or Maintenance Engineering
- Full UK driving licence
