Wallace Hind Selection is recruiting an experienced Business Development Manager to grow an established UV/disinfection solutions portfolio across UK manufacturing and industrial markets. You will manage a balance of existing accounts (approximately 70%) and new business (30%), collaborating with engineers and procurement teams.
Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll identify opportunities, forecast pipelines, and deliver technical solutions that improve efficiency and asset protection.
