In addition to this, your main duties will include: · Providing professional building surveying duties including building surveys, homebuyers’ reports, valuations. · Identifying structural issues, defects, and potential risks, providing clear and concise reports for clients. · Managng your workload effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results. · Developing and maintaining an up-to-date awareness and knowledge of all necessary legislation. PERSON SPECIFICATION: Building Surveyor, Residential Surveyor – Consultancy, Property, Construction As our new Building Surveyor, it would be advantageous if you have worked on any of the following, level 2 and 3 homebuyers surveys, valuations, block management defects, building surveys and building pathology. It is essential that you: · Are RICS qualified or working towards qualification. · Have a proven track record providing advice on a range of building related matters. · Can confidently communicate both verbally and written. · Hold a full UK driving licence. · Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, accurate reports.
