We are currently recruiting for 2/3 experienced Pipe Fitters that have experience of PVC and metal pipe work. The project is on a water treatment works in Oswestry, with 10 months left on the project, possibly longer.
HOURLY RATE: £25 per hour - CIS only
LOCATION: Oswestry
DATE COMMENCING: Monday 31st March 2025 / Monday 4th April 2025
LENGTH OF CONTRACT: 10 months - may run longer as the job keeps getting extended
HOURS OF WORK: 7:00 - 17:30. Book x 10 hours per day, Monday - Thursday & 6 hours on Friday - 46 hours per week booked and paid.
This Pipe Fitter role will involve you completing general installation of plastic and metal pipework. It will be a mixture of threaded, bolted, solvent welded and fusion welded (experience of installing solvent welded PVC-U not essential). It will also involve general installation of Unistrut and cable tray dosing lines - similar to pulling in cables.
Own transport is essential. My client will provide any materials and tools if anything is out of the norm.
If you do not have the EUSR Water Hygiene Card, we can book you onto a course which is 3 hours long at a cost of £120 - we will then reimburse you £50 when you have completed 3 months of work.

- SSSTS - not essential but advantageous to have it

NB: Site will undertake drugs and alcohol testing in the induction and then random testing throughout the works.
Please Note: You will be paid via our payroll partner Marvel Payroll, and one of their Account Managers will contact you before you start work. All workers will be paid by CIS.
