Gallery Team staff are responsible for ensuring the security and safety of the museum's collections, staff and visitors whilst providing a high level of customer service. The Gallery Team enforce fire, evacuation and health and safety procedures whilst maintaining high standards of presentation and performance in other areas ranging from delivering an engaging visitor experience to encouraging donations and managing visitor access and flow.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the security and safety of the museum's collections, staff and visitors.
- Provide a high level of customer service.
- Enforce fire, evacuation and health and safety procedures.
- Maintain high standards of presentation and performance in related duties.
- Deliver an engaging visitor experience, encourage donations and manage visitor access and flow.
- Support the operational delivery of events, including celebrations and special events at The Wallace Collection.
This role reports to the Gallery Team Manager.
