Our client is a leading national financial services provider. Due to expansion, they are looking for a sales manager in London. The position is based in their city office and the role will be to manage, support and develop a team of financial advisers.
You will be expected to fully support the financial advisers, helping them maintain and increase business revenue. Additional duties will include assisting in recruitment for your team and helping ensure compliance is maintained as per company standards.
Candidates must have full diploma level 4 in financial planning and they must have 1st line sales management experience of managing financial advisers/planners within Financial Services.
