This is an office-based role in Greater Manchester, ideally suited for candidates based in Manchester or within driving distance. Job Description: Participate in script meetings and lead when required Serve as the main point of contact for writers Provide detailed notes to writers Work closely with production and attend production meetings Have a strong knowledge of Final Draft Collaborate with the senior script editor, story producer, and story team to maintain continuity Coordinate with the research team to ensure all scripts are factually accurate Maintain good communication with the editorial team Criteria: At least one year’s experience working as a script editor in television drama Ability to work under tight deadlines Ability to give clear, concise notes Capability to generate story ideas if required Skill in editing others’ work with sensitivity A passion for the show is essential #J-18808-Ljbffr
