Our Global Talent Program offers an unparalleled opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build a formidable resume through an immersive, 10-week virtual internship. We are actively screening thousands of top students globally to identify future finance leaders. This highly selective program is offered in partnership with leading boutique investment banks in key markets, including the US, UK, APAC, Europe, and MENA markets. Only two students are selected per quarter for this off-cycle, ongoing program, ensuring a focused and high-impact experience for our interns per geographic region.
What You'll Gain:
- Intensive Financial Training (Weeks 1-2): The internship kicks off with two weeks of rigorous, in-house virtual training led by industry experts. You’ll gain a strong foundation in core investment banking skills, including:
- 3-Statement Financial Modeling
- Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) Analysis
- Trading Comparables (Comps)
- Precedent Transactions
- Advanced Excel & PowerPoint techniques
- Industry Research & Sourcing Strategies
- Real-World Experience (Weeks 3-10): Following successful completion of the initial training and assessments, you’ll be introduced to a Managing Director or Partner at one of our boutique investment bank partners. For the next eight weeks, you’ll work directly on live projects, providing invaluable support with:
- Pitch Book Development
- Valuation Analysis (Comps, DCFs)
- Financial Modeling
- Sourcing & Due Diligence
- Industry and Company Research
- And other critical tasks to support ongoing deals.
- Mentorship & Feedback: Our partner firms are committed to providing a structured learning environment with a minimum of one 30-minute weekly call for deliverables, feedback, and guidance. This ensures you’re actively engaged and continuously developing.
