Wall Street Oasis (WSO) is expanding its Mentorship Program, and we're looking for outstanding professionals to join our mentor roster. Our top mentors earn $50K–$100K+/year, some even earn $3K in a single week (if you qualify to become a head mentor inside WSO Academy). This is an elite network supporting students and young professionals as they prepare for high-stakes careers.
What You'll Do:
- 1-on-1 Coaching: Provide personalized interview preparation, resume critiques, networking advice, and career coaching for Venture Capital recruiting.
- Cohort Guidance (Optional): Lead small-group discussions covering startup evaluation, market analysis, venture investing, sourcing, and investment decision-making.
- Contribute to Content (Optional): Help enhance venture investing frameworks, case studies, startup analysis exercises, and interview preparation resources.
- Mentor With Purpose: Share firsthand experience evaluating startups, working with founders, and building a successful career in venture capital.
Who We're Looking For:
- Professionals with experience in Venture Capital (or similar Growth Equity, Corporate Venture Capital, Startup Investing, Angel Investing, etc.).
- Current or former Associates, Senior Associates, Principals, Partners, Investment Directors, or Managing Partners.
- Strong communicators with a passion for mentoring aspiring venture investors.
- Detail-oriented and committed to providing thoughtful, actionable feedback and industry insights.
