The Professional Services Consultant will own the implementation of our product for customers. We\’re seeking a passionate team member to partner with clients in designing solutions that enhance user experience across websites and platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, solutioning, and customer success. This role reports to a Professional Services Manager. *German language skills are required* Key Responsibilities WalkMe Implementation: Design, build, and implement interactive experiences to improve onboarding and feature adoption. Consultation: Collaborate with application owners to understand objectives and recommend WalkMe solutions. Project Management: Lead projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget. Data Analysis: Monitor usage data and feedback to optimize implementations. Knowledge Transfer: Conduct training sessions on WalkMe best practices. Troubleshooting: Resolve issues to ensure smooth functionality. Collaboration: Work with UX/UI designers, developers, and customer success teams. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on digital adoption trends. Qualifications Understanding of user behavior and engagement strategies. Analytical skills for interpreting data. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Attention to visual and user-friendly design. Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Experience in project management and agile environments. 3+ years in Professional Services or Customer Success. 2+ years SaaS experience. Bachelor\’s degree preferred.
