This is a rare opportunity to join WalkMe! Following the recent integration into SAP, EMEA is a significant growth market, positioning WalkMe to scale considerably over the next few years. The role requires a dynamic Field Marketing leader to own and drive our integrated marketing plan through specific initiatives, events and other marketing activities across EMEA, with a specific emphasis on the DACH region (Germany, Switzerland, Austria).
The Senior Director, Field Marketing EMEA will report directly to the VP, Demand. Sales and Customer Success teams will be important partners as you improve top of funnel growth, customer expansion, and retention through a variety of segment-focused marketing campaigns and tactics. You will be a strategic partner to the business and an important planning and execution arm with demand generation activity in order to meet the overall pipeline creation/generation goals of the EMEA revenue organization.
What You'll Own- Manage, coach and direct the EMEA Field Marketing team.
- Develop a trusted partnership with regional Sales leadership teams, and support territory and pipeline needs through marketing strategies and programs that accelerate deal velocity.
- Introduce new and innovative approaches to generate leads and accelerate pipeline while accounting for regional differences and improving the customer experience.
- Adjust strategy and plans based on pipeline needs to the various business segments.
- Build a plan of execution, formalize operational processes and Indicators- adjust strategy based on pipeline needs of the various sales business segments including named, enterprise, commercial, and public sector.
- Build and execute the annual integrated field marketing strategy for EMEA, collaborating across teams to leverage existing global campaigns and learnings from other regions.
- Plan, track, and measure regional budget ensuring that resources are optimally allocated across initiatives and regularly report to marketing leadership.
- Lead the integrated marketing field strategy for the EMEA region by being a single source of knowledge for updates around field marketing, partners, analysts, executive programs, and corporate initiatives.
- Own campaign KPIs, evaluating performance, share results and recommendations with sales and marketing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years’ marketing and/or Sales experience in tech and ideally a SaaS company.
- Background in marketing communications, brand management, campaign development, events, and digital marketing.
- Proven track record of planning and executing integrated Marketing campaigns to high profile accounts that ensure success of an extended ecosystem, designed to scale.
- Direct experience developing campaigns aimed at specified personas, and providing sales development support.
- First-hand knowledge of how sales and customer success organizations operate and their sales goals.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, such as Pardot, Salesforce, Tableau, Bizzabo, and DemandBase.
- Excellent project management and execution skills, with a high attention to detail, ability to prioritize independently and delegate tasks to contractors or agencies when appropriate.
- Proven track record of making data driven decisions to continually optimize performance, determine future investments, and reporting success to varied audiences.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The On Target Earnings for this role is between ÂŁ160,000 and ÂŁ190,000, including salary and variables. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: location, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus and benefits as part of our competitive total rewards package.
