At WalkMe, now an SAP company, we’re not just the leader in digital adoption; we started the digital adoption revolution - enabling organizations to pinpoint and resolve digital friction, regain control of their tech stack, and be better equipped to manage future change. With over 1,600 clients, including 55 Fortune 100 companies and 6 Fortune 10 companies working with us daily, we’re transforming how enterprises interact with their technology.

As a Learning Experience Designer, you will create and deliver engaging, impactful learning experiences for WalkMe's customers. Our team empowers customers with the skills to maximize product value, driving adoption and retention. In this role, you won't just build e-learning courses; you will architect the end-to-end journey of how a customer learns, applies, and masters our technical product. You will leverage whatever channel is necessary to drive adoption, whether that’s designing automated in-app guidance via WalkMe, creating digital training content, or delivering high-energy, live virtual and in-person sessions.

What You'll Own

  • Architect the Ecosystem: Map the technical user journey to identify friction points. Design omni-channel learning experiences that meet users exactly where they are (in-app, live, or self-paced).
  • Deliver High-Impact ILT/vILT: Lead engaging, instructor-led technical training for global audiences. You are as comfortable commanding a room in-person as you are managing a virtual whiteboarding session.
  • Pioneer AI-Driven L&D: Stay at the absolute forefront of AI in education. You will utilize AI tools to accelerate content production and personalize the learning experience.
  • Develop ‘just in time’ content: Own the digital adoption strategy by building contextual, in-app walkthroughs and triggers using WalkMe.
  • Work cross-functionally: Collaborate with our Product org, Customer Success Group, and other internal partners to ensure learning programs stay current with new product launches and feature updates.
  • Scale Globally: Deliver flawless training in English, with the ability to localize content and strategies for our European markets (German/French fluency is a massive plus).

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • 4+ years of experience of technical training, product enablement or LX design in a SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with training tools and platforms such as Articulate (Rise 360 and Storyline 360), Synthesia, Camtasia, or similar; general experience with an LMS is a plus.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates how you use AI to scale your work, analyze learner data, or create smart content.
  • Comfort with technically complex products and the ability to quickly learn and communicate software solutions clearly and confidently.
  • Prior experience with WalkMe is a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across internal teams and external customer stakeholders.
  • Experience with delivering live training and a willingness to travel for onsite delivery.
  • Native/Fluent English is required. Professional fluency in German or French will put you at the top of our list.
  • Must be able to work 3 days per week in our London office.
