We’re looking for a creative, driven, and organized Content Marketing Manager to support WalkMe’s storytelling across digital channels. In this role, you’ll contribute to and execute a content strategy that aligns with our marketing objectives and business goals—helping to grow brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate pipeline. You’ll write and edit a wide range of assets, manage content calendars, and work closely with teams across Product Marketing, Brand, Demand Gen, and SEO. This role requires a passion for compelling narratives, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple content initiatives at once.
What You'll Own
- Develop, write, and optimize engaging content assets including video scripts, blog posts, website copy, landing pages, eBooks, whitepapers, and email nurtures.
- Tailor and adapt content formats for different audiences, regions, and channels (web, email, social, paid media, sales enablement), while maintaining brand voice.
- Repurpose long‑form content into short‑form assets for email, social media, and other targeted use cases.
- Collaborate with SEO, demand generation, brand, and product marketing teams to align content with campaign goals and performance targets.
- Partner with designers, video editors, and freelancers to deliver high‑quality, multi-format content experiences.
- Use and maintain editorial calendars to track deliverables, ensure consistency, and meet deadlines.
- Leverage analytics to evaluate content performance, optimize future assets, and report on key metrics.
- Stay informed on content marketing trends, digital innovations, and competitor strategies to keep WalkMe’s content fresh and effective.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- 4+ years of experience in content creation or content marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong command of tone, voice, and narrative structure.
- Proven ability to develop both short- and long-form content across the buyer journey.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Veed) for ideation, content development, or multimedia asset creation.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A naturally curious and proactive mindset, with enthusiasm for exploring new tools, technologies, and approaches.
- An outcome-oriented approach, with an understanding of how content contributes to MQLs, engagement, and influenced pipeline.
- Familiarity with UX writing and conversion-optimized content techniques.
- Understanding of digital advertising, video content workflows, or localization best practices.
- Experience with content operations platforms or structured content workflows (e.g., Notion, Monday.com, Contentful).
- Experience ghostwriting or developing thought leadership content for internal SMEs or executives.
