We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Business Transformation Consultant to join our FCTO team. In this advanced individual contributor role, you will take ownership of customer-facing value engagements—creating tailored business cases, delivering strategic presentations, and driving post-sales value realization initiatives. You will operate as a subject matter expert across priority accounts and guide both clients and internal teams toward measurable business outcomes.

What you\’ll own
- Lead the development of bespoke business cases that align with customer strategic priorities and WalkMe’s digital transformation framework.
- Independently manage strategic engagements, workshops, and post-sales value realization efforts for enterprise clients.
- Build deep relationships with customer stakeholders, from line-of-business users to executives, to uncover value levers and deliver ROI-focused narratives.
- Support the creation and execution of Center of Excellence (CoE) models for key accounts.
- Partner with regional FCTO leaders and cross-functional teams to scale best practices and value frameworks across accounts.
- Create reusable and industry-specific content—such as templates, benchmarks, and use cases—to enable scale and consistency across the team.
- Present insights and recommendations during executive briefings, account reviews, and success planning sessions.
- Maintain detailed records of engagements and deliverables in Salesforce and team tracking platforms.
What you need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Business, Finance, Strategy, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise consulting, transformation strategy, customer success, or business operations.
- Deep experience developing and communicating ROI models and business cases for enterprise technology solutions.
- Familiarity with financial metrics and frameworks such as ROI, TCO, NPV, IRR, ARR, and BPM.
- Strong presentation and storytelling abilities with a track record of influencing executive stakeholders.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically across multiple client engagements.
- Experience with Salesforce, Excel modeling, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support key engagements.
Our job titles may span more than one career level. The OTE range for this role is between $XXX and $XXXX. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: location, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus and benefits as part of our competitive total rewards package.
