What You'll Do
A junior member of staff in an estate agency handles day-to-day office support, basic property marketing, client communication, and administrative tasks. They help senior agents by organising keys, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, updating property listings online, and setting up viewings or valuations.
Training Outcome
Several options with career routes dependant on the employee. This includes roles as valuer, sales progressor or sales negotiator.

Working Arrangements
Working Week: We can offer a little flexibility. We are open 9am till 5pm with a 30-minute lunch hour. As we offer a seven-hour day there can be flexibility with start and finishing times.
