Overview Of Role
As part of the Transformation team, the Transformation Analyst will contribute to the successful delivery and value realisation of Walkers' business transformation priorities. As such, the role supports the Transformation leadership team by delivering analytical insights, managing governance activities and contributing to the successful execution of transformation initiatives. This role requires strong business case development skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and the ability to craft compelling stories through presentations to effectively communicate complex information to diverse stakeholders. The role should attract a candidate who is passionate about transformation.
Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification
- Collaborate with business partners and transformation leaders to help create comprehensive and persuasive business cases that justify investments and define expected benefits
- Collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data using advanced Excel skills to support decision-making and monitor transformation progress
- Develop clear, impactful presentations that leverage storytelling techniques to communicate insights, progress, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, dashboards, and reporting tools to track transformation initiatives
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and coordination, ensuring alignment and engagement across business units and transformation teams
- Support change impact assessments and benefits realization tracking
- Contribute to risk and issue management, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for mitigation
- Coordinate governance forums, workshops, and meetings related to transformation activities
- Ensure compliance with transformation methodologies, standards, and governance frameworks
- Provide ad hoc support to senior transformation leaders as needed
Education, Skills & Experience
- Experience in business analysis, transformation, or project management roles
- Exceptional proficiency in Excel, including data modeling, pivot tables, and advanced functions
- Strong ability to develop business cases with clear financial and strategic rationale
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex concepts simply and persuasively accompanied by exceptional proficiency in PowerPoint
- Experience with project management or BI tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Power BI) is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with change management principles and transformation frameworks is required
- Proactive self-starter with excellent organizational skills
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Curious learner passionate about business transformation and change
- Collaborative team player able to engage and influence diverse stakeholders
