The Application Support Analyst will support the operation of Compliance systems within the Compliance Department. The primary focus of the role is to assist with administration and troubleshooting on a number of business applications. The role will also provide additional support to the Compliance team in compiling reports and other statistics for the team.
Job Duties
- Provide 2nd line support for Compliance team applications, including Intapp Intake and Conflicts and other SaaS solutions
- Manage and resolve incidents and service requests using ServiceNow
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across all compliance systems
- Maintain system configurations, including user access and permissions and reference data tables
- Raise and manage support cases with third-party vendors, tracking resolution and follow-up
- Work with internal IT, compliance, and business teams to support upgrades, testing, and deployments
- Document support procedures, known issues, and configuration changes
Education, Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting business-critical applications, ideally in compliance, legal, or risk environments
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or another ITSM tool for incident and request management
- Understanding of SaaS and on-premise system support models
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with good documentation practices
- Experience managing vendor relationships and external support escalations
- Experience with Intapp Intake and Conflicts (or similar workflow systems such as Power Automate)
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and/or Power BI
