The Executive Assistant will manage complex diaries, meetings, travel and communications to ensure our Commercial Leaders and Teams stay organised, informed and effective. The role involves co-ordinating key projects, customer meetings and commercial initiatives while handing confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, inboxes, meetings and travel for Senior Leaders
- Prepare briefings, reports and presentations for internal and external meetings
- Track sales and performance data to support Commercial planning and reporting
- Co-ordinate cross-functional projects such as product launches and trade campaigns
- Liaise with key customers, partners and industry organisations
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with care
About You
- Experienced Executive Assistant or Senior Administrator, ideally within FMCG or a Commercial Environment
- Exceptionally organised, proactive and discreet
- Strong communicator with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
