Walkers of Whitehall is seeking a talented Sous Chef to help shape our kitchen, craft seasonal British game and seafood dishes, and elevate pub classics. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef to develop the menu and lead a close-knit, busy team in a central London gastro-pub setting near Trafalgar Square.
