The Role: As our Senior Café Operations Supervisor, you won't just be managing a floor-you will be leading a management team. You will directly manage and mentor three Café Supervisors, ensuring consistent standards across both spaces. You will also serve as the vital bridge between front-of-house service and our kitchen leadership, collaborating daily with our Kitchen Manager and Head Chef.
