The Role:
We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Front of House Supervisor to join our team at the Glass House Café. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hospitality experience who enjoys leading a team, delivering outstanding customer service and helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of a busy café.
The successful candidate will lead by example, supporting front-of-house staff, maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness, and ensuring customers receive a friendly and efficient experience. You will help coordinate daily activities, support colleagues during busy periods and work closely with the wider team to maintain the café's reputation for quality and service.
This is a full-time, permanent position, and flexibility to work weekends is essential.

To succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and the confidence to support and supervise a team in a busy food service environment. The ideal candidate will be organised, reliable and customer-focused, with the ability to motivate colleagues and maintain high standards of service, presentation and cleanliness.
Experience & Skills:
Previous experience working in a café, restaurant or similar hospitality environment is essential.
Previous supervisory or team leader experience within hospitality or food service is highly desirable.
