Join Our Kitchen Team. ROSES 1951 is looking for a passionate, organised and reliable Chef to join our kitchen team. We pride ourselves on producing high-quality breakfasts, beautifully presented sharing platters and freshly prepared dishes, all served with genuine hospitality. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen and understands that consistency, cleanliness and attention to detail are just as important as great food.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook our breakfast menu to a consistently high standard.
  • Complete daily food preparation and ensure the kitchen is fully prepared for service.
  • Assemble signature platters, side dishes and other menu items with exceptional presentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and efficient workstation throughout the day.
  • Follow food hygiene, allergen and health and safety procedures at all times.
  • Work safely and responsibly to minimise the risk of cross-contamination.
  • Maintain excellent stock rotation and organisation while helping to minimise food waste.
  • Carry out quality control checks to ensure every dish leaving the kitchen meets our high standards.
  • Contribute ideas for seasonal menu development, daily specials and new dishes.
  • Work closely with the wider team to deliver a smooth, efficient and enjoyable service.
  • Maintain a consistently high standard of food preparation, presentation and kitchen cleanliness.
