Are you passionate about building strong customer relationships and driving commercial growth? Walkers Chocolates, a well-established global confectionery business and trusted private label supplier, is looking for a Commercial Manager to support our expanding presence across Export and Discounter channels. In this role, you will take ownership of key accounts while contributing to the wider retail strategy. You’ll join a collaborative, fast-paced commercial team and play a direct role in driving growth across both UK and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and develop a portfolio of Export and Discounter accounts
  • Build strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities
  • Develop and deliver account strategies aligned to business objectives
  • Lead the execution of product launches across key channels
  • Manage forecasting, planning, and performance analysis
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, finance, and NPD teams

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
