Walkers Chocolates in Birmingham is seeking a Line Supervisor to lead one of our main production lines on a full-time, permanent basis.

You will work closely with the Shift Manager, QA and Engineering to drive performance, quality and safety on the line.

You will coach operatives, monitor KPIs such as productivity and waste, ensure HACCP compliance, and foster continuous improvement in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
