We are working in partnership with a well-established precision engineering company that has been in operation for over 100 years and is a respected specialist within the hydraulics sector. They are now seeking to appoint an experienced Technical Sales Engineer on a permanent basis. This is a strategically important appointment, playing a pivotal role in expanding the company's client base and supporting long-term commercial growth.

The role is ideally suited to an individual with strong hydraulics knowledge and a demonstrable track record in technical sales within precision engineering or fluid power environments. Relevant sector experience may include hydraulic applications across industries such as fluid power systems, heavy machinery, mobile equipment, industrial automation, marine, defence, and offshore energy. A solid understanding of hydraulic components, systems integration, and precision‑machined parts will be highly advantageous.

The successful candidate will be technically credible and commercially driven, with the ability to interpret engineering drawings, engage in detailed technical discussions, and act as the primary interface between customers and internal engineering and manufacturing teams.
