Hr & accounts administrator in Wolverhampton

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR & Accounts Administrator to join a well-established and respected engineering and manufacturing organisation. This is an excellent permanent opportunity for someone who has solid experience across both HR and accounts administration and is confident managing queries and responsibilities from day one. Working as part of the wider administration team, you will provide day-to-day support across HR and accounts, acting as a key point of contact for employees, managers and external contacts. The role will involve handling HR and accounts queries, maintaining accurate records, supporting payroll-related administration and assisting with general accounts duties. You will be expected to manage your own workload effectively, deal with queries professionally and ensure information is accurate, up to date and handled with the appropriate level of confidentiality. The ability to work independently and use your initiative will be important in this role. The successful candidate must have previous experience within both HR and accounts administration and be comfortable working across both areas from the outset. Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills, excellent attention to detail and a professional, organised approach are essential.
