We are pleased to be working with a specialist automation company based in Birmingham that is continuing to grow and is now looking to appoint an experienced Control Panel Wirer on a permanent basis after a successful trial period. This role would suit a skilled and reliable individual with previous experience in control panel wiring, panel building, electrical assembly, and point-to-point wiring within an industrial or automation environment.

You will be confident using basic hand tools, reading electrical schematics and technical drawings, and working to high standards of quality and accuracy. The successful candidate will have a strong awareness of health and safety and be comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider engineering team. Experience with control systems, PLC panels, and bespoke automation equipment would be highly advantageous.

The role is offered on a permanent days-based shift pattern with an earlier finish every Friday, supporting a strong work-life balance alongside long-term career stability. The package includes:
