Proven experience as a Conveyancing Fee Earner or in a similar residential property law role.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously under tight deadlines.Excellent negotiation skills to secure favourable terms for clients and the firm.Good understanding of current conveyancing legislation and procedures.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.Ability to work independently whilst also contributing effectively within a team environment.A professional approach with high attention to detail and accuracy in all work undertaken.
