Role Overview
- Providing quantity surveying services across multiple projects.
- Preparing cost plans, estimates and tender documentation.
- Managing procurement and contract administration.
- Producing valuations, variations and final accounts.
- Advising clients on cost, value and commercial risk.
- Managing project budgets and financial reporting.
- Supporting project delivery teams and stakeholders.
- Administering JCT contracts and associated documentation.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Supporting junior team members where required.
About You
- Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within consultancy or contractor environments.
- Strong understanding of pre and post-contract quantity surveying.
- Experience across residential, healthcare or commercial projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of JCT forms of contract.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
- Commercially astute with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
