The successful candidate will play a key role within the pre-construction and delivery teams, helping drive technical coordination, design management, and stakeholder collaboration across highly serviced, mission-critical schemes.

As Technical Design Manager, you will take responsibility for managing and coordinating the technical design process across complex defence and data centre developments, with a particular focus on electrical systems and MEP integration. Working closely with consultants, subcontractors, operational teams, and clients, you’ll ensure designs are technically compliant, fully coordinated, and aligned with programme and delivery objectives.
